Did you get it? Cause I just submitted a ticket to the customer support for exactly the same thing...

Anyone had any resolutions to this issue yet? There still appears to be a pretty large number in the community experiencing a lack of diamond charm after achieving this rank.

I have also submitted a case. The number is 03672648. I've gotta admit, it's pretty gutting to put a lot of hard work and grind in to get the rank near the end of the season only to not reap the rewards.

There is a fixed percentage of players that are Diamond at any given time. It's simply getting bumped out.
