Is it possible to get an update, your last post indicated all diamond players would be receiving the diamond charm in a matter of 1-2 days, a week later or something and I still haven't. I'm unsure if it's just me and there's some type of bug or if it's still a mass problem?

You have much more important tasks to be doing, I understand, I am however just curious if I'll ever see the diamond reward for season 2? I certainly got it at 6002 points, as my profile still shows.

The Diamond Charm has been distributed to players that earned it. If you feel as if you deserve it and have yet to receive it, please contact customer support.

Of course I bloody earned it! 6002 points, JUST, especially with all the hackers that were around, I got it and then only played casual to ensure I didn't lose it, are you saying I might not actually be qualified to get a diamond charm because of... stats perhaps? My stats were pretty good considering. And the team I played with 24/7, with only 2 of us getting diamond out of about 7-10 active players, all the rest were high golds, mid/high plats.

I do hope your intention with that reply was simply to get me to contact customer support purely because there's some type of error with me not getting it as oppose to indicating I might not be "worthy" of the diamond. -_-

Your rank can decay over time. If enough players achieved Diamond after you stopped playing it, you could have potentially been bumped down to Platinum, especially since you were so close to the edge.

But yes, there are some players that did not receive the Diamond Charm that did indeed earn it. I do encourage you to contact the CS team, as you may be one of these fringe cases.

Contacted, but that's still ridiculous, decaying over time, what a stupid idea. Someone earns a ranking because they went hard from the get-go, you don't lower it without them knowing about it because they took a break, they earned it, period. And if it did decay, the website should really of indicated that, along with the in-game visual, i.e the diamond ranking next to your name should of been changed to show you. overall, another moronic thing ubi thinks is a smart idea. o/

There is a fixed percentage of players that are Diamond at any given time. It's simply getting bumped out.
