    Alter email address

    Greetings,

    I want to alter my email address as it has changed and I no longer have access to the old email account.

    So I go to change it, which was a nasty user experience in itself, and I am unable to just change it myself you insist on sending an email to an account I can no longer access. THIS is really unhelpful.

    And it's not just the email change that is boiling blood today... when I visit here: https://club.ubisoft.com/en-GB/welcome?_popup=login I get a Please Wait overlay that WILL NOT GO AWAY!

    Hey there UseLessUK, I can understand being frustrated. If you need assistance changing the email on your account, you can always contact us on Facebook, Twitter or call your region's support center.

    As far as that link you posted goes- I was able to click on it and that please wait message only lasted a second. Can you please try clearing your browser cookies and cache or try an alternate browser? Please let me know if you continue to experience issues afterwards.

    Thanks for the reply, don't use facebook, twitter is an option (however none of my tweets to @ubisoft have been responded to so don't hold out much hope of help via this method) and call you on an 0871 number have you seen how much calls to those numbers cost now?

    I'll try clearing all the ubisoft cookies and see if that helps, as if I try going via the forums settings page and try to "edit your uplay account" and click the link to "join the club with your uplay account" everything turns french which is really not helpful at all.
