What will that change to share it on social media ?
When the http://www.weloveubisoft.com was only open for employees it had 3000 people on it ... now we are at more than 5000.
Ubisoft have around 10 000 employees showing that almost half of them are not OK with Vivendi's take over and that fans also aren't may give the feeling to shareholders of Ubisoft that it may not be a good idea to elect Vivendi at the head of the studio. That's just why

Yeah, you're right. When there's a multimillion purchase of a company happening they'll definitely reconsider because of social media posts. Social media has totally solved actual world issues instead of fueling mass hatred towards a certain person/group!

Hey guys there's hope as of yet, apparently that Vivandi, which is buying Ubisoft is a French company too which means there's a chance they'll wave the white flag soon enough! The real question is, who will wave the white colors of surrender first? Will it be Ubisoft or Vivandi? Tune in now, make your bets, the battle of the century is about to begin!
Alright, I'll point myself out the door....

why will a company take over listen to us now for a hostile take over ?
So at the time of the 8 guys at the Paris studio for the pre alpha session there was only one player who was only console, two players who were multi platform and 5 who were exclusively PC. R6 siege has just implemented the biggest change to its set up by implementing BattleEye, almost entirely for the PC players who were only 10% of sales.

It is just simply not true that Ubisoft don't listen to the PC community.

However, the main difference is the amount of risk a business is prepared to take. Ubisoft take risks on game development as a deliberate strategy because Yves Guillemot believes that this provides an environment in which creativity can flourish.Yeah, sometimes they come up short, sometimes they don't meet the aspirations they set themselves and in an industry where excellence is taken for granted, boy do the gamers let them know it. Yves won't cancel a project if he believes in it, Vivendi will cancel or cut short the moment the spreadsheets don't show the cash stacking up.

In my eyes, since Ubi has completely abandoned tactical shooters, it won't really matter what kind of risky new concepts they execute. Unless they prove me wrong with Wildlands, I won't give a single frick who owns the company.

    ^^^... + 1

And perhaps even if WL turns out to be the Acclaimed "What GR gamers have been waiting for", which I doubt btw... it might be a little to late to turn the ship around. In my POV, Vivendi can't ruin what has already been dead for a while. In fact, it was starting to stink anyways.

YES, it is MY OPINION and NO... I don't have to defend it or prove it.

Well that is some common ground then. If they prove me wrong I certainly won't give a single frick either!

Smokes and mirrors in my opinion... we know how good their marketing campaigns are.
