    Performance Issues

    Hey,

If you are experiencing PC performance related issues (low or stuttering FPS, high CPU or memory usage, etc) when playing, we would like some information from you to help us identify what is causing this. Please note that this is not for those experiencing any server related connectivity issues.

Please provide us with the following information:

    • When did this issue first appear?
    • Are you using an Nvidia or AMD graphics card? Please specify which one.
    • What driver version are you using?
    • Which Operating System are you using?
    • Is this occurring in a specific area of the game?
    • Are you using Dx11 or Dx12?
    • Please post your DxDiag using pastebin. Follow the steps below to do so.
      • Press your Windows key or go into Start.
      • Type run and hit enter. A new window should appear.
      • In the new window, type dxdiag and hit OK.
      • You should now see a new window called DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
      • At the bottom of this window, press Save All Information.
      • Open up the new file you created and copy all the information to http://pastebin.com/ into the New Paste window.
      • Once all the information is there, press Create New Paste and provide us with that link.

    Thanks!

Game Hangs, frame dropping and not responding every few minutes.

It started yesterday but is worse today.
    i'm running a Nvidia GeForce TITAN X(Not Pascal) 12GB on Win 10 64Bit and with a Intel i7 3770.
I'm running latest Nvidia driver 372.70 and i have 32GB of RAM and the game on a fast SSD.
I'm running the game on highest setting and have ONLY had any problem like this in the past when your servers had issues.
"Is this occurring in a specific area of the game?" No random.

i also tried verify files nothing wrong found.

Am using Nvidia card ,MSI GTX 970
Latest driver 372.70 and windows 10 pro X64

I tried lowering the setting and turning everything off and on,and i still go from 60 FPS to 12 FPS all the time

Some times the screen freezes from 5-10 secs(really annoying)

I have tried every solution i know of and everything i could find on the internet with no hope
I run all games i got on high settings with no freeze or stutter exepct for the division when patch 1.3 came out
