I think that with the limited number of warriors to choose from, facial customization would be a welcome addition. Customization is already a major part of the game from your gear to your colors so I don't think it would be to much to add a little bit of face customization even if its just like 3 or 4 template faces.

I love everything in the game though. The only troubles I had was with the servers and that was totally expected with an alpha build. I love love love this game.
