Warden might be the best character for aggressive play-styles. Let's talk about that.

Some of this is speculation as I did not test the potential of Warden's offense, but tag along with me as we analyze warden's potential and why he might deserve huge praise. In this topic I'm putting up Warden's aggressive moves versus the defensive play-style I described in my other topic

    TL;DR: Position near wall>Parry>Guard-Break>Throw(direction towards wall)>Overhead Heavy

I'm going to analyze each shoulder dash situation one by one and see what defensive options it covers and gets countered by.

    1. Shoulder Dash covers idle & counter guard break.
    - countered by dashing & attacking*

    2. Shoulder Dash into guard break covers dashing.
    - countered by attacking* & counter guard break,

I don't know if you actually cannot counter-GB if you are caught in the first dash frames in this scenario. I also don't know if the GB will reach Orochi's backdash, I believe it can? Feed me more data please.

*I don't know if you can simply attack a incoming shoulder dash and if you got hit by a fast attack first. I know it's fine when attacking against a shoulder dash without any initial hits(from dash). I need more data.

These potential mix-ups are very interesting. If the defender cannot counter-GB while dashing away from the shoulder dash and cannot attack if he was initially hit by a fast attack before the shoulder dash. This means that this could be a true 50/50 mix-up situation. This means the defender needs to read or guess what option his opponent will pick and receives damage on failure. The aggressor has a big advantage here. But if they can simply attack, then this is still a losing scenario where the defender only needs to spam attack to defeat shoulder dash.

Even if it's not possible to attack after a shoulder dash that began from a light swing, the defender can bypass this scenario altogether. He can simply react and attack at shoulder dash from a forward dash and defend against the incoming fast attacks with parries or deflects. Keep in mind that you can do more damage out of a parry than out of a shoulder dash so the aggressive player needs to do more work.

The next two are a mystery to me, I have no idea if this actually works or not.

    3. Shoulder Dash feint into parry covers attacking.
    - countered by dashing,counter-guard break, & idle.

    4. Shoulder Dash feint into overhead counter covers attacking & counter-GB.
    - countered by dashing, & idle.

If this is possible, you could defeat a defensive player by reading his next move continuously. Hard to do on reaction when threatened by warden's AoE and Berserker's side fast. Since all of this happens in a split second, feinting will be something the aggressor has to keep in mind as well. It's still going to be very difficult, but this is very interesting!

Additionally a GB against the very last moments of a shoulder bash causes both players to stumble back, this could be important as well. I also have no idea if Conqueror has the same options from his Shield Dash.

    What do you guys think?
