I absolutely agree with you on this. About 2 days into the alpha, everyone just guard broke and shoved. 9 times out of 10, a battle was decided on someone falling off, rather than a duel. I think they need to tone back the whole falling aspect. Fine if you want to have HP damaging or immobilizing traps, but please, please, please, scale back the instant death traps.
