I loved the alpha only had two problems throughout the whole long weekend I would buy this game as it is now within a second!!

I am about 99% sure we won't. Is an Alpha, I feel like next test they should give like a 3x exp/steel boost so it is easier for everyone to get higher so we can give feedback on the drop chances of legendary loot, because from what I know, it seems to be not rare at all when you reach renown 5, I feel like it should have at least some rarity.

It is usual for everything to be reset after alphas and betas. You start again every time you join one and again when game goes live.

The idea is to give feedback and let them try things out, not to give those invited an advantage.

Probably not that seems a little unfair to the newer people but i loved playing this game so much i dont think it will be that hard to get my lvls back plus cant wait to get my hands on the bigger classes that where not in the alpha

I wish I knew why this was such a hard concept for people to grasp. Of course progress will NEVER be kept from Alpha, or even Closed Beta.

Nowadays, however, Open Betas are treated more of a "Soft Launch" than anything now. We'll see about that.

However, if you kept progress from Alpha it'd be unfair to people who could not participate in some form or another.

This is Alpha & Beta 101 stuff. Thankfully it hasn't changed much, or games would crash and burn the day they launched.
