First, what an awesome experience. I wish the alpha had been extended!
Now on to my thoughts:
- I was in the previous alpha and thought the movement for guard positioning was a lot snappier. So kudos for that.
- The large red indicator for "a non-CTRL enemy attack" didn't seem to help (still). I would move my mouse in the direction of the arrow but ~75% of the time they'd get the hit anyway. I still think this needs tweaking.
- I still saw the bug with the dead person standing up during the stats screen after a 1v1 match. Very odd.
- In 1v1 I'd like to be able to pick an opponent (if vs bots) to practice against their playtype
- Graphic effects look great- almost more eye-popping than the last alpha
- Queue times were a bit long sometimes
- The customization needs more fleshing out. It has a lot of potential, but I would love to see deeper involvement with the types of armors, placement, emblem locations, and add-ons like horns or spikes and stuff. Think, "what would a Skyrim modder like to do?"
Overall AMAZING experience and I even got to stream it. Thank you for loosening the NDA this time!
