My friends and I realized that whenever we would enter matchmaking while someone was in their heroes menu they would be disconnected without fail. As long as we were all either at the main menu or on the play menu we would all enter in just fine but if someone was looking at their heroes or fixing armor they would not make it through the matchmaking process and into the match.
