First let me start off by saying thank you For Honor devs for allowing me to play in the Alpha. Okay, now for the nitty gritty. We'll start with cons and end with pros.

Cons:
1) Orochi's skill level needs to be nerfed slightly. What I mean is whenever I had fought an Orochi I would die following missing the first block or vice versa. Even though Orochi is a glass canon to most I feel the backwards lunge attack should use up more stamina as well as plain dodging for the Orochi should have some consequence too.
2) Steel seems to be acquired through daily or contract orders. Other than that the whole system involving just playing a match to unlock steel seems too slow and I feel players will be frustrated when the contract orders do not refresh fast enough.
3) Of course there was network issues what can you expect from and Alpha. But still it needs to be marked down as a con as a result. As an additive to this point there was some glitches that snagged my character's body on rocks and stairs that caused huge frame rate drops.
4) The Vikings did not have horns on their helmets. Historically this makes no sense and was adopted in their lore based on opera (I could be wrong) but I do know they're not being historically represented correctly. Coming from a developer who makes Assassin's Creed that has very few historical inaccuracies this is disappointing.

Besides these minor flaws the game was fun all around. But now for the pros!

Pros:
1) Samurais and Knights were drawn in great detail which was nice! Coming back from the Viking inaccuracy it was great seeing something rendered correctly for the specific factions. There are small issues but nothing like the Vikings which needed it's own point.
2) Are you sure this is an Alpha? The graphics in this are astounding. Apparently the computer version runs at 60fps continually with very little drops. Bravo For Honor team, I played the PS4 version and experienced similar quality.
3) Each playable warrior has their own play style! I figured they would all have the same style per faction but wow was I wrong. The Raider was nothing like the Beserker just like the Conquerer was nothing like the Warden. Fresh play styles keep the game feeling new even after a few matches.
4) The customization options are a great touch! Now let me say this point still can be considered a con. Let me tell you why, if the customization stays the same all the way to release then it will be a con. But if more and more gets added to it and gets tweaked in small ways to where unlocking things do not require a boat load of steel then it would be a problem.

This is a small review and just a hint of feedback. I'm sure the For Honor team will never see this but maybe other forum posters will see and agree or disagree with me. Overall it was definitely a fun time, can't wait for the Beta and the release. Will miss these past 4 days severely!
