Just wanted to post about a bug that when two people go to get on a ladder (from the top is what I have seen) at the same time they both "enter" the ladder, but then get stuck together and cannot move. I have had teammates able to knock us off by hitting us from the top side. Enemies were trying to throw us off from below, but were unsuccessful.

lol i got 2 free kills about 20 minutes ago because of this. both were side by side floating in mid air at the top of the ladder. the ladder usage in general needs to be looked at IMO. Beyond 2 people getting stuck, it seems weird that all you need to do to kill elite warriors is essentially bump into them and have them fall to their deaths.
