So..... overall I'm having a pretty great experience with the Alpha, but to be honest, there's going to be a lot of changes in order to make sure the game would survive in the long run.
I guess the way I can go about this is just telling what I liked and didn't like. Some people may or may not agree with me but meh lol

Combat
Positive:
-Each character is very unique in it's combat style
-it can be very intense on a 1v1 fight because you have to figure out the combat style for each character
-Executions are just awesome
Negative:
-Gear wise, it really did not feel like there was a difference whenever I equipped something new
-Personally, the kensei and berserker combat style did not feel natural to me. This might just be a personal thing for me but sometimes the kensei combos just weren't working out while the berserker it was more of a spamming thing for me. I could be totally wrong, but I just found it not natural. It's hard for me to explain
-Sometimes my guards weren't working. No idea why. I would time it perfectly, and they would not guard it (it wasn't a unblockable attack).

Maps
Postive:
-Great designs
-Felt fair in terms of distance wise for each side (for domination)
Negative:
-Absolutely hated duels. The maps were too small. Either you died from a fight or from a map danger. Space wise, there is not much room on certain maps. People mainly spammed guardbreaks to throw you off.
-I expected the map to be more alive. What I mean is part of it being destroyed while you are in a match from the attackers sieging the place. I also expected there to be more map dangers, as in like actual traps that can be triggered by people. Not really a negative, just what I was really hoping and expecting.
-All the action took place at B. The grunts only stayed at B. Everyone died at B, there just wasn't much spreading. I found that everyone was just at B during the whole game and lone wolves would go to the other objectives and sit there doing nothing until someone arrived to challenge them. I think it would be more fun if the grunts spreaded more throughout the map

Modes
I know I already mentioned this but I might as well put it in its own category. Sorry if I'm repetitive
Domination:
-Grunts need to spread
-Map distance is fair
-Bring the map to life. I guess have more action going on other than the beginning cinematic.
Brawl:
- i thought it was fine
Duel:
-I hated how small the maps were, either you died from a good fight or from a map hazard. that simple
-otherwise is also fine

Customization
Overall, I liked it. Not much to complain other than not really seeing the difference of my gear impact in game. Also, I would like to have a preview system of some sort. I want to be able to see what executions I'm buying and also what an item looks like rather than actually equipping it first.

Other
-Honestly, I didn't like how "Practice" basically only taught you how to hit and block. I didn't have a problem learning how to play from the instructional videos, but I can see that as a problem for some players. I found that a lot of players I played with had no idea about distinct moves and attacks their character had. Basically, they had no idea how to really use them.
-The contracts gave you experience to whichever character you used last to complete it. I kind of didn't like that. It's not a big thing, but I feel like you should able to decide to who that experience goes to rather than getting a big boost for the last character you used.
- I forgot to mention, I hated loading into the middle of games. I would load into a duel where someone was fighting a bot and already be at a disadvantage. In general, this happened to me in all game modes and as soon as I spawned, I died because I took the place of a bot.

Overall, like I said, I had a lot of fun and have a lot hope for this game, but I can see it dying out real quick from people getting bored of the same thing over and over. I guess the best thing I can recommend is try to increase the action by bringing the map and grunts more to life .
