Thats wrong. I played orochi in the whole time and i won every 1vs1 match against conqueror or warder. The samurai are one of the hardest heroes .

    is there draw games??

one time i died and my opponent fall and die too but it wasn t a draw game, he won, is there no draw game??

the good point is that i really love dominion....really great

First of all; I really like this game and the combat sistem is a good reason for it.

    Now some sugestions.

A Dummy stage, with a wood target for practice combos would be really helpfull. New character means new special moves and new timing in hits, a static target is perfect to learn them.

Steel clush. If both chalengers triguer an atack in the same guard path, and the timing of those attack are similar, the weapons will get stucked and start a duel of strength.

Command. a feat for the B´s zones in dominion, minions target and focus the designed enemy player.

And maybe some kind of hate sistem. When a player get several kills in a row becomes the hated. It would work in two directions, a penalty on the hated, maybe just a skull over his head making easier locate him, maybe a debuff. Or a simple reward for kill him.

And sorry for my low skill english, hope you can understand the post

I love this game so damn much, and the hero variety and pacing are just top notch. I also checked the box with "I love the challenge of outnumbered combat", as well as "I feel outnumbered combat is unfair". Why? Because the Revenge mechanic is severely flawed and totally useless in actual practice vs non-bots with just a few hours of experience with the game.

Why is Revenge totally useless? Well, for one, Revenge doesn't stop you from getting staggered. If you're 1v3'ing, you're still going to get hit by somebody and staggered. If you're 1v2'ing, chances are they'll be able to get one in front of you and one behind you (I've had situations where I could fortunately position myself so that they could never get directly behind, but often you're simply not that lucky), and just smack away. The knockdown mechanic is awesome, but flawed. Why? Well, since I figured out you can sidestep or backstep it, I haven't been knocked down a single time. The moment you see the opponent glowing, you let one of the newbies wail away at him, then sidestep or backstep (or unlock, roll and re-lock on) and just start loading up those heavies, because he'll be taking at least one of them right in the face.

The mechanic is excellent when your opponent doesn't know how to counter it. Sadly people learn quite fast that it is really a useless mechanic, and countering it is super easy.

Suggestions for Revenge mode: You become slower (revenge mode should be a way to scare your opponent to make them more defensive, instead of offensively spamming attacks into you), but your attacks are unblockable (this is really not the best fix, because it has its own OP factor), or you become immune to damage when you guard break (for the guard break + 1 follow-up attack within 1 second for example. ONLY succesful guard breaks. Custom ones not counting, aka Raider etc.). Another suggestion would be to have Revenge mode enter you into a hyper frenzy state which increases your attack speed and dash distance. This could be quite realistic, seeing as adrenaline rush has been proven to enhance physical prowess. I'll elaborate further when I have more time.

These suggestions could be bad, or good, but try them out

    Love the Combat

I love this game and its combatsystem. Especially the guardbreak/throw mechanic.
Throwing players into the wall as a Raider and knee them right into the face just feels so epic that it became my most loved introduction move for combat.
Also shieldbashing players with the conqueror totally awesome.
Please do not dumb the combat mechanic down for the whiners that cry about it being unfair or some other ****.
Berserkers and Orochi were difficult for me to play as and against but it was not impossible to win.

Also I´m really impressed by the customisability of the heros. Seemed like the perfect amount of cosmetics and replacing armor/weapons with better stuff. I play as male but also looked at the female modle an really liked it for its more "realistic" approach to armor, if they had one in the first place of course *looks at the vikings*

So in conclusion I´m totally hyped for this game!

Keep up the good work! I have high hopes for this game!

I pretty love everything about the combat system !
(eventually I'd like some emotes that works while moving or that you can stay in, like if you were resting up)

However, I agree that the abuse of knocking people out of ring exists..
It's too easy since guardbreak is one of the quickest move when you're at range. (well, yeah, you could stay out of guardbreak range buuut come on, this issue needs a bit of thinking..)

Also, it's true that you get destroyed against 4, maybe 3 opponents even while in revenge mode..
One could say "you have to parry" but hey..

It wouldn't harm to give at least more defense/bonus health when entering in revenge mode WHEN there's more than two opponents at once.

edit : nevermind. Actually, I've just read that in revenge mode, attacks can't interrupt your guardbreak and throw... Maybe I wasn't playing it well.. But I'm pretty sure that none of the "How to fight" videos tells you that crucial information !

Only one thing bothers me: the state of the Warden. I mean, it's the most unbalanced class in my opinion, compared to the others. Vikings can grab you and throw you down from halfway around, samurai are very agile, conquerors are like 'god-mode', but the Warden does not have any great, unique ability.

You mean, despite counter attacking any top attack and comboing light side attacks ?

    Love the game

So I am a scrub who doesn't know how to vote, unless It's by opinion in this message? If so, my final vote would be 'I love the variety of hero playstyles', but I also heavily agree with choice #1, #2, #7 and #10.

I don't feel it too difficult or complicated when I get ganged up on in Dominion, because by logic that means that they use that much more manpower on me alone, leaving their bases undefended, and the fact that we can do the same to them. Splitting up is generally better, since you win by the points the bases generate, even if you run the risk of dying more. And in general, 2v1 isn't impossible if, for instance, your brawl partner dies, I absolutely love the outnumbered combat challenge. It is so satisfying when I manage to win through those odds.

I really like how the movesets are displayed and the advanced tutorial videos. I like it that you can not read the exact skills and moves from a moveset list. I have learned new moves and combos by getting slaughtered with it.
I like to learn from mistakes and other players.
