    Good job ignoring free speech for someone's feelings. Better make a list of all the names and symbols you don't want to see in the game since you plan on being as draconian as possible. Here, I'll get you started with some names;

    • Pol Pot
    • Joseph Koney
    • Kim Jung Il
    • Kim Jong Un
    • George W Bush
    • Joseph Stalin
    • Ubisoft
    • God
    • Jesus
    • Allah
    • The TSA
    • Etc.

    Here are some symbols;

    • The United States Flag
    • Peace Sign
    • Anything with MLP
    • A bird
    • A plane
    • It's Superman
    • Etc.

    All these things hurt peoples feelings in one way or another so you need to ban them as well. You can't just pick and choose what to ban. That would make you look like a dictator since there was no democracy involved in decided what is good and what is bad and no one likes dictators.

    EDIT: Nice job on being a dictator and deleting the posts that questioned why they should be banned for simply having a name and symbol people didn't like.

    Freedom of speech doesn't apply here. Nice try though. Sounds like your feelings are hurt.

    Every normal person knows why those emblems and names are offensive to people. Maybe educate yourself a little before you throw a tantrum

    Hi, if you have questions about the moderation of this thread, please check For Honor's Code of Conduct as well as our general forum rules.

    "You may not use a name with a religious or historical connotation."
    "Any language or content deemed illegal, dangerous, threatening, abusive, obscene, vulgar, defamatory, hateful, racist, sexist, ethically offensive or constituting harassment is forbidden. This includes use of the above on the forums, via the in-game Emblem Creator, or via the in-game chat."

    The deleted posts were either flaming or trolling or highly off-topic in terms of this For Honor alpha.. Thank you!

    Why doesn't it apply? Got any proof? Are you talking about the catch all term of offense principle where it's literally a term for people with hurt feelings?

    Of course everyone knows what they are. However, that doesn't give anyone the right to say they can't use them. The US flag is offensive to many people around the world. The government has done some really dark **** in the past that would warrant it's ban.

    Sorry if I believe that that no one should be treated unfairly just because someone is offended.

    You failing to grasp the concept that this site is international, it's own intellectual property that has it's own terms of service, and can do with their own discretion what they wish within the constraints of the rules. You've been told by an admin once, how come this does not compute with you? I see you've been told twice. You're pursuing a pointless argument.

    They weren't trolling. They were legitimate responses. Just because you don't agree with something doesn't make it a troll response.

    Those rules are really vague since whoever is at the top decides what abusive, ethically offensive, or dangerous means. Claiming historical connotation is a blanket term. it means you can ban all real names no matter how good or bad that person or thing may have been in history. The colonization of America was pretty sweet. I mean for me, not the Native Americans.

    In the end, don't beat around the bush. Just say "because we said so". Hiding behind loose terms.

    But this is my last post here. Can only argue with a brick wall for so long before it gets boring.
