I would love to see Ranked play added for the different game modes. Where you can go up and down a ranking ladder, with different tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold etc). There would of course be different ranking ladders for different game modes. I think it would add longevity to the game. Its only natural that it isn't in the alpha,, but would be cool if it was added to the finished product.

Skill-based games like these absolutely require some sort of ranked ladder to succeed, thrive and get players addicted. If the devs do not already have plans to implement ranked in the future then there are some larger issues.
That being said, I still think there are many other quality of life improvements (menu and party bugs and improvements, and 1v1, 2v2 and 4v4 with friends (lobbies with invite) and dedicated servers instead of P2P) that require the devs attention, and ranked could be added for the later betas or even as late as release.
