Can we please, please, be enabled to mute people?
The cretins with music playing in the background, or have the ingame sound echoing through their mic, I want to be able to mute them.
As they do not have the decency to put it on ptt, we need to be able to silence them.

Edit, mr Abonimation had the solution as described in the thread.
So I'll rephrase the issue:

Make muting players more accessible!
People are not used to this option being slightly camouflaged.

Or at the very least have the game's default voice setting be push to talk. There's been plenty of people I've played with that had no idea they were even broadcasting voice.

In the options => audio you can turn "Voice Out Volume" to 0 and mute all the other players.

Not ideal, but at least as long as there is no individual mute option, it lets you rest your hears from unwanted noises.

Just played a match i had to quit because some one was blasting music through there mic at a level it hurt to listen to and drowned out all the in game sounds.

You actually can mute people, just pause the game go to match, then scoreboard, and from there you can mute individual people

I was not able to select anybody whatsoever at any stage before, or during the match.

Just odd, 3 in our premad could not find it, not even when tabbing to the scoreboard but as stated, I'll retry..

You can mute. Above you see the PC, and same applies for console(ps4 anyways). Put a little effort in before posting something that already exists.

That was not very nice. So ignoring it. Multiple people had the issue so the answer is not as straight forward as it should be.

I found it, one has to escape out, indeed, select scoreboard, and then you can actually select users.
You were correct, thank you.

I'll restate my issue, make the muting option more accessible.
This is way too cumbersome.
