    I would much rather see cosmetic only. Having stat upgrades in a moba-like type game sounds like a bad idea imo. Also would like more color options as some symbols/tattoos are hard to see since we lack the color variation and opacity

    What I think

    What I think on the current customization system:

    • I expected to be able to customize my character's face (it might not be in yet because it's of course closed alpha)
    • I would love to be able to name my weapon (which would make it feel like your own weapon)
    • At the moment the gear only have 3 different models and I believe that the game should have way more models that aren't just minor differences.
    • I would like to see more executions and more emotes available but I assume those will be coming out later in development

    Over all I think it is at a great place for an alpha but will definitely need to be expanded in the future.

    It is really cool how you can change the look the only hard part it finding the gear that you want to wear appearance wise LOL. Overall really good and awsome great job guys!

    I enjoy being able to modify the armor and weapons and finding upgrades from playing is neat too. I don't really have anything negative about the customization options since that isn't the main focus of the game.

    Response to Customisation

    Really like the fact that there are various parts of armour can be customised individually. Certainly as a few people have mentioned would like the option to increase the opacity of the symbols etc. Would also like to be able to zoom into my customised characters, not just rotate them.
    In all very happy with the overall way it has been implemented but I do hope that there are some more unique patterns/templates in the final game.

    The customization is amazing. There are enough options to have variety but not too much as to be overwhelming. The stats are not overpowered and allow you to have more control over your fighting style. All things considered, the customization system is great, but there is one point I think could be improved;
    It might only be a bug, but leveling a piece of equipment gives only an infinitely small bonus. The cursor moves barely enough to be seen. Again, this might be a bug, but if it's not having a bigger bonus (although not overpowered, of course) would be fun.

    Last thing, I don't really see the point of transforming gear into experience. Steel would make more sense, and would be more useful too since you can only obtain steel through missions (and a scarce amount from completing a game).

    While the customisation itself is good, I assume the amount of options is limited as this is an Alpha. But without a doubt the cost vs amount earned is ridiculous. 70 wins for a single premium pack is absurd. Again this may be a limit due to it being an alpha, if not, it desperately needs changed. This is a full priced game, not a free to play.

    I would have like to see a little more, but I wasn't expecting as much as there is, kinda bummed about not being able to place my emblem wherever I want on my gear would have been great on my conqs shield

    Kudos to the devs for including gender and skin-tone customization freely for all the characters. I'm very pleased to see this, and it really makes a difference for my opinion of the game.

    I really like the ability to change the look of gear and keep the stats that you like from another piece, it really gives you the ability to get the look you want combined with the stats that fit your play style. I also like that you can add your emblem to your armor giving it a very personal feeling. I would like to see facial customization, which could include facial features that you unlock through playing, just like you unlock tattoos and other things as you play. I would also like to see a naming tool for weapons. I feel like you could name a weapon if you find a rare piece for it. For example, if I find a rare haft for my vikings ax I could name the weapon, otherwise I wouldn't be able to. I think this would give people something to look forward to, but it also requires a little bit of work (e.g. finding a rare piece of weapon in order to name it). I also feel like this would work well with the fact that you would be able to transfer the look of a separate haft to the rare stats of the weapon you named to customize your named weapon further.
