I've noticed this multiple times, at first I thought I just wasn't close enough. However i've noticed multiple times now that using the guardbreak, or stun animations sometimes will not connect like there is an invisible wall between you and the enemy. There is no counter animation, or attack animation stopping it.

This seems to occur much more often in Dominion PvP as opposed to Dominion AI.
