I recently got to level 19 with the warden, the level to unlock bronze or copper I can't remember which one(one of them requires I be a certain renown), anyone know what my problem is?

I haven't been able to test it, but it seems like that the level requirement for everything might be off by one. I got the new material for Orochi when I hit 20, even when you need to hit 19 for warden. I didn't look at level requirements before I unlocked it though. Currently I'm at Reputation 1, Level 13, which is when I should unlock the "Castle" symbol. But I haven't. I'll update this when I level and see if I get it.

Edit: Yup, got it on the next level. So it seems they're all off by one.
