please make a mute function for players in lobby and ingame. Some people abuse the voice communication with anoying sounds.

As far as I'm aware there already is one? It's the only option available when selecting another player on the scoreboard either in-game or post-game - at least on XboxOne. If it's not like this on PS4 or PC then I wholeheartedly agree with you guys, already muted a couple of people on xbox myself.
