For X1 version: Once 4:4 match starts and press the guide button, I can't control my character at all.

Using Xbox One S, new X1 controller w/ chatpad. Using latest preview build.

Hello, thank you for reporting. Does this happen if you remove the chat pad?

Can you also please try power cycling your console? To do this, while the console is on please hold the power button for 10 seconds. When powered off please remove the power cable for one minute. After this please reconnect the cable and try again.

it seems like ok yesterday(last day of the alpha), after I updated dashborad preview build to the latest buid.

So I guess it was some issue between client & previous preview build.
