    American Accents

Do you really need to have American voices in the game. America wasn't even invented yet.

It's a video game made by a Canadian studio using American money and primary aimed at an American audience. It's pretty much the same reason why most actors in Hollywood films have predominantly American accents.

The game's universe isn't set in Earth. Jason Vanderberghe stated in an interview that the universe was "inspired" by our own world. So American accents are fine.

We should force any spoken language coming from the Knights to be French, since most of the ancient knights of our world spoke that.

Any spoken language or written instructions coming from the Vikings should be Old Norse, it will only take a scholar in linguistics to coherently enjoy playing as them.

Samurai? Lets just go with some form of ancient Japanese for them (not too knowledgeable about Japanese culture). At any rate, the worst that could happen is you have someone go on the forums to show discontent with the spoken Japanese language not being created until x amount of years after the fall of the Samurai. Im sure anime fans will love it though.

Also love the double post to really get your point across. :P
