Just played a squad of Orochi who would pack hit and run, kinda annoying, but as most people have mentioned, if you could isolate one to a 1v1 it was pretty easy to smash heads.

Orochi are all about hit and run tactics though, lock one down and you'll be good to go. May I give the advice of trying either Berserker or Conqueror? Berserker got pretty much the same thing going for em, fast, mobile attacks. I personally find orochi duels quite easy, everyone seem to be using the same tactics.
Conqueror has the superior block and a really nice heavy counter attack, I am terrible with Conqueror however, but on paper, a good Conqueror shouldn't even get hit by an Orochi

But those are just my 2 cents on the matter. Orochi were a little too strong in the first alpha phase, because of the animation speed they had in regards to even the Berserker. For example, the Orochi could guard break you and have a guaranteed heavy attack, whilst a Berserker could guard break the Orochi and not even land a safe light attack.

I just feel the Orochi's stun is too strong. All other character can recover from a stun but from an Orochi the stun lasts long enough to get hit 2-3 times. Wouldn't be so bad if they weren't the most mobile hitter in the game.

Not much of a threat if you know how it default attacks. Their guard break is short and weak. Any Warden, Raider, or Kensei worth their salt at knowing attack ranges will have them beat.

What you are seeing are two player types: spam and skilled. Spam use the light attack which is countered easily if you know your distances. Skilled have good reaction time and play off the counter mechanic. In both cases once you drop heavy attacks and focus counter you win.

But hey, I don't live on the game. Just throwing out what I've seen.
Exactly that! People have to understand that patience is key versus the orochi, yet they just go ham and then die, but if youre a berserker thats a whole other thing since going ham against an orochi as a berserker is a very effective way to cut through his deflect!
