    "Training" qualms

After completing the training mode and trying a few matches I have to say that the training was all but useless. The AI in the tutorial is way too easy and then ramps up to 11 without really explaining what to do when someone is actually attacking you. It's fine to show me how to block, and then have an AI hit once every 10 seconds or show, but that's not remotely what actual gameplay is like. There needs to be some middle ground training or options for AI difficulty in duels. It's really demoralizing to start a new game and fail immediately and consistently while trying to figure out what to actually do.

Make Free Practice Mode for training

After doing the initial basic training once, you shouldn't have to keep doing it over and over every time you want to practice with a new character. It gets tedious and it's basically worthless. The training should have a free practice mode so you can try new characters and learn their moves. Or maybe an option to skip to advanced training.
