I have joined a Domination match where I spawn directly in front of an enemy at Objective B with little health, resulting in a pretty much instant death, or with no health at all, spawn in already dead, and I have spawned in falling off a ladder, leaving me with less than a bar of health or killing me. This has happend on all three maps and only if I join a game in progress.

yep happened to me too everytime i join a game that have already started i basically DIE everytime so 1 free death for whoever was fighting the BOT when i took his place



why not make a queue that make you wait until the BOT you are about to take place just die ? and when he die you respawn instead of him ?

Only joined a game in progress three times, but on all three occasions I spawned with my back to an enemy and got slammed.

It would be a better idea to still have you spawn at the initial spawn point. Just wait for the bot you replace to be killed or out of combat.
