Hello all, have you already created support cases through http://support.ubi.com? If so, please PM the case number. We should be able to help with this.

I originally had to contact support as well for my PS4 code. Got it downloaded which was 25gb (when I thought tech requirement was 12gb) and have also had nothing but "servers are offline" messages every attempt. I am reinstalling now but I guess we will see if this works. Really sucks because I was so excited for this game and alpha.

    How To Fix!

I was worried it was just on my end, that maybe I was given a beta code and not an alpha code, but if others are having this issue on PS4 then maybe their servers really are just screwed at the moment.
I had this issue and I figured out how to get it to work. I usually have my ps4 set up in DMZ mode from my router page but i recently changed it to normal before i downloaded the alpha. Everything worked but i recently changed my ps4 back to DMZ mode and I tried playing the game but this time it gave me the error "Servers are offline". I know that wasn't true because I literally was playing less than 5 minutes ago. I took my ps4 off DMZ mode and then tried the game and it works fine. Somehow when your ps4 has a NAT 1 type connection, the game doesn't allow it to connect to the server. As soon as you change it to NAT 2 type it works.

Well Fred ended up getting me squared away. It turns out if you guys have a 25GB download, you do not have the current alpha, which is around 12GB. You have a previous version of the game, which is why it wasn't working. He set me up with a code, so be sure to PM him and give him your case number so he can also help you out.

Sadly while I've gotten past the "servers are offline" issue, I've now run into the other common bug in the alpha. The game thinks I have a strict NAT type even though I have Type 2 and won't let me play anything other than the 1v1 Duel mode. Hell, I loaded up Rainbow Six: Siege and it even says I have moderate NAT Type 2, so something funky is going on here with the FH alpha. Hopefully they'll have this fixed by the time the beta comes around.

Edit: The only way I'm able to play the other two modes is by plugging my PS4 directly into the modem, meaning I can't use internet on my PC or other devices. Really lame, but at least that sorta worked. Not convenient at all. No idea why the game doesn't match you with anyone if you have any NAT Type other than 1.

I just tried starting the game for the first time at 11:30 (central time) and I'm getting the same problem. I downloaded the 12 GB file last night so I'm not sure if my solution will be the same as iBoba Fett's.
I have reported the issue and will post any updates.
