Yup, and they stopped responding to my support ticket after I showed that all the required ports were forwarded. I suppose this is a sign I should cancel my pre-order and wait until they make a public beta that actually functions properly to see if the game is even worth my time and money. Obviously our issue here isn't worth their time or money to fix for us all.
I first got a code for xbox1 and had to contact support to get my ps4 code, contacted them again and got a second ps4 code and deleted and download the game again but still have this "servers are now offline"Originally Posted by iBoba Fett x Go to original post
Did you get a huge download too? Was it 25GB or 12GB?Originally Posted by therealdeadone Go to original post
Got this message when I first downloaded a few hours ago. Had to do some work, and came back same thing. Came here to see if there was any maintenance or anything, surprised to find that people are able to connect and play just fine. Wow.
Only other game I've had trouble connecting with was Battlefront at launch.
Everything else works flawless for me.
Xbox One. Toronto, Ontario.

Make sure to go to your settings on your ps4, test the internet connection : if you have a NAT type 3 or failed the game won't launch.
Changed my settings now I have NAT type 2 and I'm in !
Hope it sheds some light.
Yeah mine is 25GB as well. Trying to re-download it at the moment, but I highly doubt it'll make it work.
I'm starting to wonder if they fudged it and gave all of us who are dealing with this "servers are offline" issue a beta code and not an alpha code.
Edit: Rodriqaz that isn't the issue here. I have NAT Type 2.
Also I thought it was really odd that one of the people who responded to my support ticket told me that NAT Type 2 and 3 were "bad" and that I should try to have a Type 1. Like, uh, no. Type 3 is bad, yes, but Type 2 is perfectly fine. The only way to get a Type 1 is by directly plugging your PS4 into the modem, meaning I wouldn't have any internet connection to the dozen other devices in my household.
Yeah, it sucks man. I got a 12gb download with my code on PS4, and it keeps saying the servers are down.Originally Posted by Sami-The-Warden Go to original post
