Still no luck with support other than to keep forwarding more ports and throwing my PS4 into a DMZ. Nothing is working, I don't think this is an issue with their servers or our connection.
I've got a small theory. Did everyone here use a code directly from the alpha email? Or did everyone here have to contact support because there was no code/wrong platform? Or perhaps you traded for a code with someone?
I'm wondering if the codes are specific to an account, and when support gave me a code (originally I was put into the PC alpha even though I was supposed to be in the PS4 alpha) they didn't assign me access to the alpha or something.
