Entered alpha code, game has not downloaded to my system | Forums

As stated in the title, I've input the code and accepted but the game has yet to download to my Xbox. I don't know how to trigger it to do so. I tried to reenter the code again but of course it says that the code has been used. I'm at a loss at this point.

I'm using an Xbox one and I entered the code in about 20 minutes ago.

Try going to my games & apps and look into to ready to install section.

Yes of course ive done that and nothing has occurred.

It was under ready to install for me too so I do not know what to tell you

Did anyone find a fix i put my code into the ps app and everything went through fine but no download started?
