How do my friends find their invites and accept them?

I just accepted the Xbox notification that my friend invited me and it put me into the party with the friend.

Ya, I can remember it was the same during the Technical Test. Back then you received at least a uplay notification that you've been invited to a game, which resulted in a time out, but now you don't even receive this notification anymore.

But I can remember I've been asked about how the gaming experience with friends was... couldn't test it and seems like it's still broken.
