First of all the intro to the game and the graphics of the gameplay itself are outstanding, maybe the best i have ever seen. The controls on the gameplay are tough to get use too, i am using an xbox controller wired to the laptop and i have to say my muscle memory is telling me to attack with X OR B rather than RT OR RB as games like the witcher 3 made them controls work in a successful manner, they arent as indepth as the controls on the For Honour game though due to the right stick being used for viewing and stance switch, personally i think there is alot going on control wise and im not sure thats a good thing, i feel the back buttons being used constantly makes it hard to use the gamepad buttons, its hard to roll with A and maintain camera angle with R stick and also to aim and defend at the same time.
Everyone is in the same boat with the controls but at the moment they dont feel comfortable to me. Id like to also see a counter attack put in like assassins creed did when in battle, i know this again online will be something hard to manage but i just feel the ease of use isnt there with the game.
The game as a whole looks like a masterpiece but i will find it hard to feel comfortable with the gameplay controls.
