Unable to download the Alpha game. | Forums

I got an email saying that I was accepted into the alpha, clicking the link I takes me to the Ubi account info and I check my alpha/beta status. It tells me to check my games list on Uplay and the game does not show up, nor can I find it anywhere. Any help is appreciated.

Hello there, can you please try uninstalling Uplay and then download and install the latest version from: https://uplay.ubi.com

Please note, when uninstalling the client you will be asked if you would like to keep your installed games, please ensure you do this so that you do not need to redownload any of your installed games.

I have the exact same problem. I received an e-mail saying I got in the Alpha and can access the URL provided to me on that e-mail. However my UPlay account doesn't say I have Beta/Alpha access to any games. I went ahead and downloaded the UPlay client too but no game appears there either.

I'm a bit upset I don't get to try the game before the alpha goes down.

I am very upset as well because I really want to try this game out I have been waiting a long time to play as well and nothing is working

I have the same problem. I tryed reinsalling uplay and it didn't help

Same issue. No download available, reinstalling didn't help.
