    Host really....

I think some dedicated servers is what is missing. Using host is like going back to the old halo 2 days.

Dedicated servers cost a lot of money.
Next to that, dedicated servers for a max 4vs4 game seems to be pretty silly.

They've made their decision so we should live up to it.
All they need now are signalling servers, maybe just even one.

If they have coded a proper prediction system to calculate hits "back in time" on the host, you shouldn't notice much of a difference if any.
We aren't living in the stone age anymore, most people have quite a decent internet connection which should make it "OK" if the matchmaking system is as well, properly coded.

This isn't as fast paced as CoD (which also used Matchmaking with local host)
They should have used dedicated servers.
    But here? That's unrealistic.

a better matchmaking in region and connection wise (ping / NAT) can solve that, i have got in trouble with the host migration cuz of bad host connection.

This, the game drops host at least once per match at the moment, and every couple of games, it closes out completely.
