    Ok fixed mine,

    I'm running integrated graphics with a 980 GTX.

    Force the application to run with your dedicated GPU through NVidia control panel let me know how you get on.

    the result is the same, game doesn't running WIN 8.1

    i use win 8.1 the game try to running, but the game starts in blackscreen and its stopped than, doesn´t work....

    It's now working on Xbox One for some reason

    So the only confirmation I've seen is, that this problem exists with Windows 8.1 and 10 users.
    Still waiting on some information from Ubisoft, instead of those copy and paste answers.

    Now that I think about it, might the problem be caused by DirectX? This would explain why the files seem to be fine when verified.

    that was also my idea because I use directx 12 and had some problems with it in the bf1 beta
