Hi guys,
In order to make sure the game files do not have any errors, can you please verify the game files:
If you could please select the game in the Uplay client.
Then select the Properties option.
From there please select Verify Files
Please relaunch the game and let me know if the issue persists.

I'm in the process of verifying a second time, so it might work this time, idk.
I've also tried redownloading the game, personally checking for conflicting files, and everything short of actually altering the files.
