    Hi guys,

    In order to make sure the game files do not have any errors, can you please verify the game files:

    If you could please select the game in the Uplay client.
    Then select the Properties option.
    From there please select Verify Files

    Please relaunch the game and let me know if the issue persists.

    Is there anything I can do on the Xbox One to make it work?

    i very files no error....i reinstall game same error....i use windows 10....friend with win 7 no problems...please give a fix or patch for fix win10 error

    I've already verified once; It did nothing to help the problem.
    I'm in the process of verifying a second time, so it might work this time, idk.

    I've also tried redownloading the game, personally checking for conflicting files, and everything short of actually altering the files.

    the problem persists after the verification.

    It was my first idea to verify the files, obviously. But the result is the same.

    Agreed, everything verifies fine, but still stuck on the loading.
