I've sent invites to my friends, but they say they receive an empty email with no codes. Is there anything they can do?

Tell them to go here http://forhonor.ubisoft.com/game/en-US/alpha/index.aspx
They will be able to confirm their email and then the code will be sent,
That' how it worked for me at least
