Just remembered I had entered in two raffles - gold edition of the game and a For Honor skinned PS4. Were the results ever posted? Will we receive any notifications / emails? What will that email be sent as - subject and the like?

I haven't heard anything, either. Looks like the points may have simply disappeared into the void.

I'll see if I can dig up more details, but it looks like the rules page and redemption page seem to have everything you need. My guess is that you may not be contacted if you haven't won. When redeeming your points, it should tell you when the sweepstakes ends (bottom left). The terms of service button also covers what happens if you win. It looks like you will be contacted via e-mail or phone by Marden-Kane, Inc (the sweepstakes administrator) to confirm and request a mailing address.
