Can't pre load the alpha | Forums

I have the alpha available in my games tab but it won't let me pre load it. Everytime I try to pre load it I accept the terms and conditions and then it says Failed to Start download. Says something about checking my internet connection and checking how much space I have available. I have both enough space and a ok internet connection because I can play rainbow 6 siege without any problems. Is there a fix for this?

Have you accepted the invitation, gone through the validation flow on the website and received a final confirmation?

Thanks Gaid! I ran the Uplay Launcher as admin and lowered the bandwidth and I was finally able to start downloading the alpha. I appreciate your help in helping me fix this.
