it said i was invited to the closed beta, where do i get the code to download, or how do i download the Alpha?

Hey Willie! Can you help out and let me know what platform you were invited from? You should've received an e-mail to inform you that you have in fact been invited. In that e-mail, click on the link that says "JOIN THE CLOSED ALPHA". Go through the prompts and in the end you should be sent back to a portal that has roughly 4 tabs. If you're on the PC, you can then completely shut down your uPlay Client or start it for the first time. You should then be able to go to "Games" and a new tile should appear. Click it and select "Preload". You are then downloading the game and will be ready for the September 15th Opening!

Heya David_Frosty i was invited to the Xbox one test but have had a confimation email for PC is there anything i can do other then place a report

Same invite for PC which requires no code, but I am guessing the preload isn't live since it doesn't show up in Uplay for me either.

The game appears within the UPlay launcher for me ... I'm currently preloading it. The dialogue in the email did mention access codes, but I'm assuming they were automatically directed to my account.

Completely restart your uPlay Client and it should be there.

As far as getting switched over to the XB1 Alpha, I'm unsure if there is a proper way to do so, but it seems that the general consensus is right now you can't swap between each platform. You'd probably have to make a second account, ask for a key or trade one PC key for an XB1 key. Not sure about that, though!

Don't worry, confirmation website said PC for me too.Just browse the uplay account management page and select the beta tab. It will display the Alpha and there is an option to display the actual code. Enter this code into the xbox live store and you are good to go.

They need to make sure that their UPlay account information is up to date with their e-mail. The invite will be sent to the e-mail address they have on there.

Hi i signed up for the PS4 alpha, I got the email but i dont see a code anywhere? I filled out everything it asked me too so where is my code???
