I had the same issue. I looked up some answers and found this.

Step 1: Go to. https://store.playstation.com/#!/en-...ystation-store

Step 2: Log in.

Step 3: Click your name in the upper right.

Step 4: Click Download list.

Step 5: Click download to PS4, should be next to your For Honor.
