    The Division 2

    I like the Division. The over all concept of surviving a deadly virus and being the last in line to defend your home is an interesting thing. Although the story in the game is a little lack luster with basically just setting up defenses, finding small fragments of cure, & killing off some high ranked targets. You never really get a full sense of what happened to the 1st wave, the virus itself, what the state of the rest of the world looks like, who is in power, is the 2nd wave the only and last wave? Now with that being said. Going through the world collecting the Echos, lost agent ID's & cellphones etc... fills in a lot of gaps, used as some Easter Eggs, & there is even a small story of a guy with super powers. Over all I believe what is lacking is more of a Cinematic experience for the player & the ability to make moral choices in such a desperate situation. For example other than upgrading your filters the virus itself never poses a major threat to you or any enemies. Infected easily approach you asking for help giving you obviously unsanitary clothing, weapons and armor. When the Underground DLC came out with the 1st 2 missions being so cinematic with a unique glow light area, terrorist style bombing where you really feel like going on the hunt for someone to exact some payback.... basically ends up being just a randomly generated mini raid that takes forever to level up & get anything meaningful out of it.

    **Side note**
    If they changed the underground to not have a RANK system & having some actual story missions pop up every now and then to hunt down the big bad boss which caused the bombing initially would be cool. Example would be allowing players to choose between difficulty and # of phases initially. Completing 3 full missions without needing to restart adds on an additional optional phase to the 4th mission you start into. The mission is an invite from some enemy with Intel on who is dealing the bombs and shade tech being used against you. Giving you the choice to kill him or show mercy at the end changes the next event that will show up. Complete 3 more full missions (minimum of 2 phases each mission) & another bonus phase gets added to your current list of objectives (adding something like chasing an enemy under a time limit or blow up a weapons cache, choosing to go left instead of right & fighting a different boss) will give you special key Intel. The beat 2 more full missions (3 phase minimum) then you will get a mini video invite challenging you to hunt the "Arms dealer" known as Mac which will be a 5 phases mission where it ends off with a unique battle just like an Incursion.
    This would bring life back into the underground, give people something to work towards & some unique gear like a named weapon or something for beating the arms dealer Mac.
    **end of side note**

    As the game Progresses Manhattan is a large City. The fact that we can only explore 20% of it is a gross misuse. So i came up with a little something to maybe bring a new take on the world and future of things for The Divisions story.

    So somehow Lau gets a message from a 1st wave agent who everyone thought was dead. "Asher" he says he has info on Keener and needs to meet up with whatever agents that are active in Manhattan still. You go turning on transmitters across the normal map youve already been on trying to get a better signal to track Asher down. Once done you'll find out he is just north of Central Park in an abandoned building high on the roof. You run into some rogue agents under Keener's contract. Asher watches you knowing it was a trap he was setting you up for but thanks you either way taking you to HIS base of operations. (Durring this time The UN building has been refitted & upgraded for the JTF to control as a new home base as well). In the new base Northern JTF are securing it & you regain contact with Lau who says she will stay south while you work with Asher. Asher suggests to hunt down 2 more agents who faked their deaths & are currently in "retirement" (Wolf & Veil) both of which have some unique talents.
    youll do various random missions to track the agents down & find more intel on Keener and what he is planning on doing with the virus.

    Wolf is a retired Navy Seal with 9 tours under his belt. He currently "re purposes" division drops and arms for sale to agents, factions, JTF etc. Finding him will give you access to him as a weapons, armor, schematics vendor. He will also open a re-calibration station etc for you with some bonus stuff.
    Veil (Valyrie) worked for the NSA & CIA for 10 years together. She was a top marksman & great at gathering intel from Recon. Once you get her youll gain access to a fire range, darkzone vendor, & she will also do all the headhunter intel missions for you.

    after recruiting them youll figure out that Keener is trying to get off the island and find buyers for the virus. Wanting to sell to Korea, Russia & various others. you will hunt him down and retrieve the virus sample he has to put an end to everything. Later on you hear about a contingency plan to hijack the Emergency science Ship out in the ocean trying to get a stable cure to the virus. The navy recruit you to hunt search the ship, secure the hostages, kill the leaders of the attack and figure out who has put them in motion while you have Keener behind bars.

    (all the while through this there will be moral choices to make which changes the views and dialog between you and the other characters. Choosing to kill or save certain people or completing various secondary objectives to help one side or the other will affect people in your story. all eventually leading you to someone Keener had contacted before being caught/ killed by you. This person is someone with power trying to piece the U.S. back together from the shadows and doing so by their own means with your choice to believe they are necessary or overly extreme.

    *Side note** ASHER will train you f=with 3 new subclasses. Each agent can only hold 3 classes at a time having you put one away to gain another (this would alter the perk trees but ultimately not affect what items you are able to carry or the level of your viral filter)

    CLASSES
    Operator - Skills
    - Aerial drone (neutral) creates a ping highlighting enemies within a certain range acting as a weaker version of Pulse
    (1) Recon drone - increases the frequency the drone pulses highlighting new targets & adds bonuses to Crit % & Crit Dmg
    (2) combat drone - follows you and will alert you to enemies attacking anyone that is currently attacking you (draws some aggro & does Dmg to enemies)
    (3) Trophy Drone - while active will pre detonate enemy explosives before they become in range keeping you safe for a short time (duration drops after each saved bomb)
    (master) - increases duration and defense of the drone for lengthy periods of time.

    HACK (neutral) - target enemy equipment and disables it completely
    (1) Control - Enemy hacked equipment become yours until disposed of
    (2) EMP - destroys enemy equipment surrounding the player by limited range
    (3) Signal jam - uses a timed frequency pulse to make you invisible to enemy equipment & pulse
    (Master) - increases over all range and duration of abilities

    Tracker Round (neutral) - rounds track targets and gains health on kill (cannot be combined with other ammunitions)
    (1) AP rounds - adds armor damage bonus to all weapons for a short time
    (2) magnum - adds bonus range & 5% bonus to Dmg
    (3) Micro Rounds - increases mag size by 50% extra causing rounds to ricochet
    (master) longer duration of use for all munition types

    Signature - ARRAY - creates a minimap pulse using a satellite array showing you enemies & directions facing for a wide range allowing you to navigate the world safely
    (long duration signature adding bonuses to all pulse abilities used while active)


    ENFORCER - SKILLS
    Shield weld (neutral) - creates a shield plate for active weapon lowing oncoming damage (shield is expanded while weapon is shouldered)
    (1) black weld - forward shield acts like blasting mobile cover
    (2) medical plate - adds a small % of healing over time while shield is out
    (3) lightweight frame - forms a riot shield with a lighter frame for faster & stronger melee attacks covering more of the body when expanded
    (master) - adds small bonus to over all dmg mitigation @ 2% of current armor

    Underbarrel (neutral) - removed unbarrel bonuses & adds a tripod to allow 100% stability when mounted behind cover with 90 degree turning radius
    (1) flamethrower - adds short range flame thrower doing 2/3 weapon damage over time and applying burn to affected targets (super short duration use)
    (2) Flakcannon - Adds underbarrel shotgun that is 3x weapon dmg with stagger effect
    (3) Stungun - fired stun rounds to shock and stun enemy units
    (master) boosts range of shot increasing weapons effect duration (burn, stagger, stun)

    Adrenaline (Neutral) - boosts over all movement speed for short time
    (1) painkillers - boosts movement & lowers enemy dmg affects
    (2) proteins - boosts speed, max health, & regeneration time
    (3) focus - boosts speed & gives a bonus to over all stability and melee dmg
    (master) - adds duration to affect and boosts dmg mitigation

    Signature - ARMYOFONE - when used gives more ammunition restocking allies in the area applying an affect bonus to all munitions & debuff traits

    RECON - Skills
    Coverscreen (neutral) - pops smoke lowering aggro & hiding you visually as well from pulse
    (1) plume - boost size of cloud and effects allies in cloud as well
    (2) flashscreen - pops flash that only blinds enemies within a close proximity of use
    (3) teargas - pops gas that will disorientate enemies that would through its field lowering stability
    (master) skill radius is increased dropping aggro further

    Minenet (neutral) - throws small net of explosive proximity mines down
    (1) wide net - throws more mines in a wider range covering more area
    (2) pitfall - mines detonate with staggering force and causing bleed
    (3) shock trap - uses shock mines to stun oncoming enemies
    (master) - hides mines from enemy view detonating without warning

    Crossbow (neutral) - allows you to fire a bolt into a target with no aggro gained & headshots negate armor
    (1) nonleathal - uses a shock bolt to stun enemies for a short period of time (effect hits area chaining to enmies within 5m of affected target)
    (2) bomb bolt - bolt when attached to enemy or object will detonate after 3 seconds causing bleed
    (3) poison dart - shot applies disorientate & damage over time equal to 2% of health per second over 10seconds
    (master) - gives you a 2nd bolt to fire & increased effect durations

    SIGNATURE - Mirage - when active drops all allies aggro to ZERO and turns off/ immune to pulse while ability is active
