Haven't had any trouble playing before but when I tried to launch the game tonight I just keep getting a popup box that says Failed to launch battleye service. As far as I can tell nothing has been changed on the PC, no new windows updates, antivirous updates, etc. So is something down or is it my system?

Do you mind people here post their rigs here?Maybe we can find something in common. I remember long time ago there is a bug which cause the game to crash and we need to turned off hyper-threading for our intel 6700k in order to play it. Just things Ubisoft does.

looks like this stupid Battleye doesn't really love Geforce Experience...
i made a first install of the game - just bought it today- then tryed to launch it for 1h... nothing works...
on a forum i saw someone talking about uninstall it.. so i did it, i reinstall drivers without Geforce Experience...
and it worked...

Ubisoft, please FIX THIS. Error Code 1056 is what's happening to me right now, and it's the same way where it worked for a while deleting the BattlEye files and verifying it, but now it doesn't work at all, I've spent over $100 on this game and now it won't work AT ALL. It's RIDICULOUS.
Started last night (I mostly play weeknights), rebooted, verified files, try to start the game and it prompts to update. It updates DirectX and VC 2010 Redistrabutables then I get the batteleye message. Extremely frustrating, especially since I like to do Terrorist Hunt and blow off my frustrations from earlier in the day against the NPCs! *lol*
