Question for UbiSoft and Massive about cheaters in DZ!

Hello. There is still a big cheater problem in the DZ! Is UbiSoft/Massive going to do something about that? I had multiple encounters with rogues in the DZ that took NO damage at all! I did not see them teleport or use weapon cheats but they were simply invincible! They attacked us and we defended, I shot multiple times the magazine of my MP7 full in their face and did not see a half millimeter of damage to them! NOTHING! And if we were able to get some loot and wanted to extract it, they just came and cut the rope and took it, nothing we could do, and I have a lot of DZ XP, I have over 1300 hours in Division and rank 99 DZ characters, I know what I am talking about! We had NO defence against invincible terminator rogues! So I am gonna ignore the whole DZ thing from now on! It is just a useless part of the game for me. There should be atleast an option to be able to chose for a PvE or a PvP session before going into the DZ! For example if you select a PvE session, other players cannot shoot you or harm you, just like the no friendly fire in the missions and incursions! And if you select a PvP session you can kill eachother as much as you want. But I know for sure that I, and a LOT of other players would select the PvE DZ session every time they are going into the DZ! So please give us an option to select PvE or PvP before going into the DZ and do something about the cheaters in the DZ!

Btw, I reported the cheaters every time via the /report parameter in the chat window, does that actually do something or is that just there to ease players minds?

    My best regards,
    Liefling.

Hey, the /report function sends the information to use, however without any confirmation I understand that it's not always clear that it's working (which I can assure you it is).

Alternatively you can contact support and provide them with as much evidence as you possibly can.

    I 100% agree with Liefling.
Please, please give us the possibility to make a choice between PVE and PVP.
I'm certain you'll make everybody happy with that.

Hey there! I´ve seen a Hacker in DZ01 a few days ago as well...
Me AND other 5 Agents saw it as well...
I was talking InGame as well to every single one of these other Agents-AND to the Hacker...
Got HIM on Tape as well... (recorded him via NVidia ShadowPlay) FYI: he was moving TWICE the speed I did with my Ultimate up! and yeah everyone in that DZ Zone SAW THAT!
I´ve sent you UBIguys a ticket as well with that record included... That happened Saturday 3rd September...

    Nothing happened til yet!

No PM, no e-mail just -nothing-

Did you guys banned him 4Ever, is he still running around there??? I would like to see THAT guy permbanned!!!!!!

I still got the record-tell me where to post it, or what to do with it-cause I want JUSTICE on at least that ONE GUY!

Be careful about posting in threads about people who have seen using hacks in this game. I already got a warning for naming and shaming in a thread where I only commented and did neither name or shame.

Thanks for the hint, but right there I created a Ticket and attached my Video...

@Nitro: LOL really? - Cool thanks for the warning, so the only thing I can do when I see a "weird behaviour of a Player" in DZ for example is to change servers over and over, I guess...

So instead of playing the game (that we paid) we will loose time to record videos and create ticket's ? Well done.

Guys, we all hate cheaters, granted BUT don't get angry of how is the proper way to report them, sure a video is a very clear report however a screenshot does almost the same job..so instead losing your mental health about it just report them with a screenshot with a support ticket and move on. It sucks but then again if you think that a auto method of catching hackers is enough you get it wrong..if developer make it to sensitive then many legit players will get caught in it's "net", it doesn't work like this, I am sure some heuristic algorithms are coded but with care about we-legit don't get banned..
About support replying to our reported players..we make an accuse, they already informed that they won't reply their results, simple,if you don't see that player it worked but if you see him again (and report him again as well) then you can only accuse game's support too for not doing their job, argue for it,blame the heck out of them etc, that's my logic. Make you gaming simpler (and spend more time in RL..)

I've noticed an increase in the number of hackers in the DZ over the last few weeks. Mainly they have been using speed, rpm, and shoot through objects hacks. I report every one of them with video capture.
