this is a known problem since TWO YEARS. People get stuck once they earned 224 incrediballs (out of 380). It was reported multiple times, with no support, no answer. It was simply refused to solve the problem. This is also the main reason, why such a good game did get bad reputation (stars in appstore).
Since you are kind of a moderator here, it would be YOUR duty to tell that deaf support team, that constantly refuse to help CUSTOMERS, that something is wrong with Rayman Adventures. In its current state, it is impossible to complete the game.
People would be happy, if they get at least a meaningful answer.
So HELP US. Thanks in advance.

I have the same problem as DayRZ. I‘m stuck at level 22 and 5200 meters for the sacred tree with 224/380 indrediballs hatched.
All incrediball families that I have unlocked are complete, so there‘s no way for me to grow the sacred tree any further.
Frankly, I don‘t have much hope that a 2 year old bug is gonna be fixed but I wanted to at least support the other people that reported the bug.

The reason we ask you to create a ticket is because the more tickets = the more information the developers can collate which would help with their investigation.
I appreciate this bug has been present for quite some time, and I don't have any updates regarding it. Yes, we are indeed able to bring these issues up to developers, but creating a ticket helps us in this regard.
I am sorry for the frustration this is causing. If we have any updates to share, they will be shared in this forum.
