    No more incrediballs / Cannot progress further

    AppleTV OS 9.2.2

    My game is "stuck" in level 16. I need some meters to progress to the next level, but I have no more incrediballs left to find! Well, other than the BonBons, which I have given up on ever getting. No matter what I cannot find or create any incrediballs using elixirs or telescopes; only the eggs that contain gems, food, elixirs....

    So, right now, there's really no reason for me to continue playing.

    I have the same problem, exept that two of The Rhinoz are missing…
    Is there ANY fix to this problem PLEASE?!?! I have 142 incrediballs already...

    I noticed the same issue a few days ago. Thought maybe it had something to do with the end of the special Renaissance Festival going on. sad I can't progress ..

    Such a disappointment!

    It also happened to me few days ago... I completed 33 families (196 incrediballs), I'm at 4520 meters, level 17, and I haven't gotten the new families to rescue. This game is full of bugs! Now I'm stuck here and I'm continuously getting wooden eggs. I don't have any motivation to play further... I tried to get "assistance" from the game developers, but it is a dead end as the "Contact Us" button leads nowhere... Sad

    Same problem

    Did any of you guys get any helpful replies from Technical Support? I am experiencing the same problem, level 19, 4790 meter sacred tree, 208/254 creatures saved, missing only 2 incrediballs from the earlier families (Rhinoz) but they never show up on the map and all I am getting are wooden eggs.

    I have the exact same as bazachery. I have 208 / 254 incrediballs. Not only that, I tried using a "new creature" potion on my common level wooden egg to try and get one of the missing Rhinoz (missing one common and the royal) and got a message "You can't use this elixir at the moment because a new incrediball of the desired rarity cannot be guaranteed"... (the egg was even from one of the correct lands).

    Now, UbiChrisMANG as for your suggestion to contact support, not sure if I see the point. Since I contacted them in February for the Game Frozen / Missing Ship glitch (http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...31-Game-Frozen) in February, and my ticket was closed with them telling me just to keep checking back here for an update. 4 months later, there's still no indication that anyone has worked on / cares about fixing that particular issue (I gave up waiting and started a new game in one of my spare slots). So, if you can give me any reason to believe that contacting support will actually do anything rather than send me into a loop right back here, please tell me, but given my experience, and I'm sure similar experiences of other users, that just seems like a waste of time.

    Since the one time release incrediballs probably won't be re-released any time soon, I'm only missing 2 actually achievable incrediballs now. So I'll just play the game as is until the next release.

    I have actually received a reply from Ubisoft which is little help but I will share it with you:

    I'm so sorry that you are currently stuck on Rayman due to the lack of Incrediballs, and the lack of competition on the Rhinoz family
    I do not have very good news at this point my fellow Player.
    The family you are missing,the Rhinoz, is known issue which we are hoping to be corrected in a future update, but for now we do not have any troubleshooting that can make anything happen to our beloved Rhinoz Family. I'm so sorry my fellow Player
    My best advice at this point it's the same that I'm doing ( mine are missing too), is to keep an eye on updates and keep Playing, we might get lucky and find our Rhinoz family complete in a near future. For the wooden Eggs it's the same thing, if you have the game saved in the cloud, i would try to reinstall it, in some cases it helps.


    So I am just gonna wait until a new update because playing has no meaning for me. I can't use the New Creature Elixir either.

    2021 and the same problem

    Same problem 224/380.
    I can't believe ubisoft be that inefficient to fix a bug of 2017.
