Costumes missing from home shack | Forums

Sometimes I see some costumes that I don't have in the home shack. Like the pumpkin for example, but also many others. There are many costumes in my home shack that i don't have, but I can see the shadow and the description, like the birdman and others. Why is that? Why I can't see some of them?

Maybe cause of they was onetime offer?
And I think RL should let us buy old outfits and paintjobs for diamonds, which was released long ago. As example, i join game year ago, so I can't anyhow get chrismas 2015 gifts and outfits like samsarian and soldier.
