    48 days on a ticket

    average wait time 11 days per response

    worst response can i have some photos of your router the mind boggles


    so 48 days with ticket and 24 phone calls

    i still have had no help

    well done customer services

    i have to say though i wont give the guys my ticket number on the phone as i want to see how long it acctually takes them to answer one

    when it was watchdogs and they deleted the accounts i never did get an answer for all those saying they will not just delete accounts they did in watchdogs 98 percent complete and had my account wiped.

    they will not fix this game untill they fix the lag / delta and mike errors and ive been asking them for an eta on that for 5 months

    ​I was on the same boat each week a different person in support would response with the same answer. Than every 2 days i would respond asking what's going on after a waiting time they responded faster. But yes the support system needs a LOT of improving there are slow and too much delay in responses. Keep asking every 2 days helped in my case ultimately

    As you may now, we recently asked the community to provide us with a list of top 10 issues you have to deal with in the game. This will allow us to put a clear roadmap of the most pressuring issues together for Update 1.4. If you haven't already, feel free to give us your list here: http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...-annoying-bugs
    The dev team is going through all the issues provided - including but not limited to connectivity issues - and is looking into it as we speak. While this may not help right now, you should benefit of it in a long-term run. However, with that being said, if you provide me with the ticket number, I can make sure to get it further investigated if you like.

    Well, did they close the ticket without even addressing it? I had that happen.
    I too wasted time calling, trying Live Chat and updating my ticket. To date they've done nothing to make up for wrongly taking away my access to the game.

    thanks for the offer ubi but its just an exersize to see how long you take to answer the ticket through the ticket process now nothing more nothing less just for fun i realized 46 days ago i wasnt going to get any help once it was past the 48 hrs you say you will answer in.

    yes they have tried to close the ticket many many times i would not like to give a number without checking though.

    yes they could have asked for pics of the port forwarding i would bet that is what he ment to ask for but im not there to help him hes there to help me and its to funny the stuff he comes up with.

    how about this one and this is a quote

    there is no known problems with our software all of the problems on the forums are none reporducable and no one at our offices have ever come accross any off them the disconnects
    are problems with your equipment not our software

    as i said im not mad its just for entertainment as the forums are a bit slow these days

    They told me the same even though every other game worked perfectly fine on my PS4 while this absolute garbage refused to connect.

    Worst developer, worst publisher and worst customer support in gaming history. It's a hattrick.
