I don't understand when I'll get South Park The Stick Of Truth as pc download. In the description of the gold edition of South Park Fractured But Whole that I pre-ordered, it is written I'll get South Park The Stick Of Truth as pc download on december the 6th as the new game is released BUT when you scroll down a bit then you can see that, in the detail of the offer, South Park The Stick Of Truth is delivered today !
So, will I get South Park The Stick Of Truth as pc download today or on december the 6th ? That's even weirder since South Park The Stick Of Truth already exists for more than two years now on Steam...
Take a look at my screenshot to understand what I'm talking about http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/m...psy9x9z5nm.jpg
I had the same problem when I ordered Fractured But Whole. I contacted customer support and was told that they are having issues with having it available immediately. According to the representative, we will definitely get the game when TFBW is released; however, if they can resolve the issue, we may get it before. Just keep a look out.
Here is a link to a guide on our support site that may help to clarify details about the Stick of Truth offer>> https://support.ubi.com/en-gb/faqs/0...f-Truth-offer/
Hmm, you might want to update this part:Originally Posted by UbiLangfora Go to original post

I ordered the Steelbook Gold Collectors Edition with The Coon figure (which no longer shows on your site) and received my Stick of Truth code with my order.
A couple months, nothing.
I'm sure the ad for this stated that a key for The Stick of Truth would be available for download immediately for purchasers of the digital preorder of the Fractured But Whole.
What changed, and why?
PS The link provided a couple posts up is confusing and unhelpful.
Edit: I started a customer service request in early February. I'll update this post when I have some helpful info.
Resolved as of 3/17. Thanks to customer support!
